Our Factory
It is part of our strategy to be a major player in modern textile production in China.

We have approx. 200 employees in our 13,000 sq ft offices and factory who take care of all orders and orders from our customers.

In our spacious 2100 sq ft show rooms, our designs are at our customers' disposal to inspire and make sure that the customers always get what is hot.



In-house we have 40 machines, own sampling room with a total sampling capacity of 4,000 pcs/month. We control the whole process, and we deliver premium samples on time.

We have in-house buying team, handling everything in relation to productions, accessories, fabrics, bulk and samples to ensure full focus on the process - no delays, and the right price for our customers.

Our orders are divided into these groups:

• Woven
• Jersey
• Flat knit (sweater)
• Denim

In each group a head merchandiser leads a professional and motivated team who oversee all processing from samples to bulk production. All groups have 2-5 qcs so all goods are carefully inspected before shipping. We also have a QA as a part of our strategy of high standards on all productions

Internally and externally, we manufacture 3 mio premium garments to all our customers. To strengthen our production we began operating our own factory in 2008 with 120 machines and 5 lines capable of manufacturing 1.8 mio garments in a year. We control every step of the process, everything in the line production, we have quality control on all production lines, and we can guarantee consistent quality on our first class productions.

We may also use CMT basis contacts, and when we get our styles back we give them the finishing treatment. This allows us to add another 1.2 mio garments per year to our 1.8mio in-house production.

We have 6 cutting tables and 25 press machines, so cutting, stitching, sewing, styling as well as finishing treatment can be done in-house. This makes us capable of maintaining our high standards.

We opened our second office in Guangzhou, China in 2009. They handle all our denim production since Guangzhou, China is the best place to manufacture jeans and other denim styles.
